There are many customs and traditions in the world we know today, and each race has different ones, and many have tried to record it, yet they were off slightly. An intellegient scribe once tried to record all of it, and only by chance succeeded in doing so. Here is what is writting int he books of old:
Elven Traditions-
The elven traditions are numerous, and most of them unknown but to the race itself. Main traditions are the soltices, which happen twice a year, and on a rare occasion there are seperate ones. On top of that, the harvest is usually celebrated because of the great luck it brings to the elves. All of the others are different, and happen only once or twice in time.
Dwarven Traditions-
The dwarves usually celebrate the winter soltices, and their favorite time of the year is the beginning of winter. They usually celebrate times where certain mystical things happen, and celelbrate the end of winter where the stone is at its most best, after being covered with cold snow, and the warm air of spring starts to melt it.
Vampire Traditions-
Vampires celebrate solar eclipses, especially when the Earth is covered in complete darkness, it is was they are most powerful, and are the most alert. They also like the night. They usually prefer fall and winter because the nights are longer, which means a couple of hours more of complete peace.
Witch Traditions-
As well as vampires, witches celelbrate all hallows eve the most, and prefer the fall better. They celebrate sunset, and sunrise when their power is great. Not only can they do that, they are also the best at celebrating things in secrecy.
