I missed the New Year fight, seeing I'm in the land of the rising sun, I would have experianced the new year before you and I'm still living in your future. The best part is time near advances or slows down an hour, ever. How cool is that. I do wish the school computers had spell checkers enabled.

Again Mung... Even after I had words with him ah well you know our comments & if Im not going to be listened to... was it just a deleted post or did you get a PM to?
To other folks that might be looking on we've been dealing with an Admin at another site that's been a little trigger happy with the delete button when someone has an oppinion.
Awww Deck don't go on about time this week zoomed by thanks to the house renovations we're having our front & back steps fixed so Ive been cooped up upstairs cause there were'nt any steps or we were'nt allowed to walk on them for a short while the front entry was fixed up too. Im happy for a couple of days silence as the builder is back on Monday to finish.

Yes tis I, I had five active characters on there before Mungrun, Artemis, Sithus, Katchun & Damien. I was trying to keep the rp alive on there, but I just can't be bothered now, If he doesn't care and is to pig headed to listen once in a while to what I and others who left have said then more fool him I guess.

Well I'll be... Then now I trully have learned something new. As I'm sure I've told you nothing you didn't already know about.
My guestion then would be what do you think of Dragonlance books? I find some of them good but others I could kinda here dice rolling in the back of my mind.

Vor Hrothgarz Korda!
DL, I have enjoyed the ones I have read, I haven't read as many DL books over te last couple of years as I would like tbh. I think the only problem I have seen with them is the grandeur of scale, sometimes it would be nice for character to overcome personal odds for something other than saving the entire place. The Chronicles were all about the Queen of Darkness and then again in the Legends Rastlin trying to beat a god(admittedly with a tad more power than his alone)! Still… I have read some reviews that suggest that the Meetings and Preludes club of books would be more to my taste, not had a chance to read them yet, although they are sitting under my bed!
I have read in the last couple of years more history and warfare books than anything else, I love medieval history, the weapons, the tools n such, the different tactics that they need to employ, and the fact that the majority of computer games fail miserably in replicating them. (except some new compy games which are getting close to the mark) In most games you get cavalry riding over infantry which is a joke and archers are never ever anything close to being as hard as they should be. The English longbow man trained from the age of 13 by law (the farmers that is) in using a bow. They used to fire a minimum of 12 arrows per min each, and there were thousands of them, sod going anywhere near the beaten zone of the arrows, you just die! Both plate and chain mail were penetrable by the bows, there was no protection.. (just going of subject there!)

Heh yes I slowly figured out that well Artemis was other chars on that said other site Deck lol I knew for sure once I asked him.
Hey Mung you actually do have a wide range of reading... lol I can't believe the pettiness of comments made on your lack of reading fantasy, You've given me so many ideas for books to read to widen my fantasy reading.
Ive been reading a bit lately right now the book Im reading is called Fire Star by Chris D'Lacey publisher is Orchard Books A little quote of the back cover "There is a fire star coming, signaling a time of new beginnings. A time for dragons to rise again...." The dragons in this book though are small & are created from clay & have specific abilities that they can do, Wishing, Imagination, Potions, Listener... where Im up to the recent created dragon is a healing dragon & it's been quite the handy dragon fixing things around the house of it's creator (David). David Rain is writing his story of bears dragons and the mysterious fire star. Soon he realises that his tale is beginning to mirror real-life, and that an old adversary is on her way to meet him. Can David thwart her terrible master plan? Or will his world be destroyed forever? Im just past 1/2 way through the book but it's been quite interesting.
Other books Im reading are the Deverry series by Kathrine Kerr I have the 1st 2 Dark Spell & Dagger Spell in the books there are 3 incarnations of each character chars that are brother & sister in one life are father & daughter in another, There are elves involved, the one main char is Nevyn he was once noble Galrion until he was outcast by his father because of a forbidden love. Nevyn seems to be able to live on through each incarnation as his love dies & when she is reborn he pursues her again....
Quite interesting indeed if you're interested Google it I found a site on it when I was looking up languages for here.

Vor Hrothgarz Korda I could possibly step your way Mung... something sounds off about that shortening of your name... Although I don't know in what direction your going I guess I could always read your bio again... As a lead Vamp, I have a few things to do to set up my placement of lead evil character... Maybe I'll be promoted to head head character... I just need some vampire flunkies to really do all my work for me.

Tell you what Dek, I'll come out of the drinking hole I am currently in and 'follow' the trail of the other too, I could be curious about James and his questions about my axe.
We could have a violent game of tag then or somthing, would fit with my bios nicley trying to hunt out evil.
What do you think?

Well if your still at the tavern type place in the The Returning thread then on your way to meet up with JAmes and Tinu in the forest trail you could rough up some fledgling vampires outside the tavern, I wouldn't suggest killing them all of as it will force me to alter my storyline arch... I guess I should discuss this said storyline with James a bit just to get it cleared... As Nico has other places to be at the moment.
Oddly this has become a bit of a RP chat line V

well my little poppits nice to see you using this ickle chat thread though rp chat might be best done in pms. as multi pms are possible you can send your ideas to more than one person. ;D
by the way i copy & paste the opening line for this thread lol i know it's a tad long to type .
anywho im here & typing one handed after i fell down the back stairs ironically 3 days after they were fixed mung deck you'd know the damage done from a certain other site, james i have a couple of scrapes lots of bruises 3 bumps on my head & a very sore right hand cause i bent my fingers right back.
i fell 23 steps & came skidding to a halt on my face & shoulder (right side) on the cement slab @ the bottom... can any one say ouch!!

Sounds good Dek, if I RP bumping into say three, I'll kill one and the other two can dissapear (obviiously I will try to be a little more creative than just that).
I don't mind RP chat for all to see, but Im equally not fussed about PM's either.
I'll get somthing up tommorow.

VHK I like the idea of maybe haveing a discussion board where all could see.... As PM's frighten me, it means someone might actually want to talk to me and I'm deathly afraid of people... Although I guess I'm really fine with anything. Oh and how do I see the Forums at your place Mung? I also have questions about your inferno setup. These questions I guess I should have asked in a PM. But as I was already making a comment here I figured take care of it now rather then rehash everything and make one extended message insted of two.
